I offer consulting services grounded in research and practice at the intersection of multilingual education, immigration, and educational equity. My work supports schools, organizations, and institutions in designing and strengthening programs that serve diverse communities

Speaking Engagements

I deliver engaging, research-informed talks for academic, professional, and community audiences. My presentations focus on topics such as multilingual education, immigrant student experiences, family engagement, leadership, policy, and reducing educational inequality. Each talk is tailored to the audience and designed to spark meaningful dialogue and actionable insights.

Professional Development

I design and facilitate interactive professional development sessions for educators, policymakers, private sector leaders, and nonprofit organizations. These sessions provide practical strategies, data-driven insights, and culturally responsive approaches to better support multilingual learners and immigrant communities. Workshops can be customized for different contexts, from preK–12 schools to higher education and organizational settings.

Program Evaluation

I partner with schools and out-of-school-time programs to assess the effectiveness of their initiatives. Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, I help organizations understand what is working, identify areas for growth, and make informed, evidence-based decisions. My approach emphasizes collaboration, clarity, and actionable recommendations that align with each organization’s goals.
